A big thank you to the folks at SERVPRO. Like most people I’ve never had to deal with a big flood at my house and had no idea what to do. The SERVPRO people took care of everything, sucked out the water, moved my stuff and set their equipment. They explained everything to me and the customer service was just was great making me feel at ease. They took care of everything and connected me with a guy to help put back my pad and relay the carpet. 5/5 experience I would recommend them to everyone.

SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita saved my basement!! Our sump pump quit during the last storm and flooded all but one room of the basement. Liz and her crew came out right away and extracted all of the water from our brand new carpet. They were able to save our walls by setting their fans and dehumidifier. The crew blocked our furniture from any further damage. The whole crew was very polite and Liz was very informative walking me through their process. I could not speak more highly of Pat and the SERVPRO team!! They saved our basement from extensive damage due to their responsiveness and knowledge. Our sump pump failed after many days of heavy rain and many people in our town had water issues. Pat's team was quick to respond and due to their timely work getting to our home, we had minimal damage. They were able to dry our walls in a very short amount of time. I can not thank Pat and SERVPRO enough!!!

Very happy with the fast response time and with the quality of work done as well as the excellent communication.  Most times when you need a company like SERVPRO it is an emergency or panic situation.  The phone was answered right away by their 800 line and after the information and issue was given I was transferred to my local franchise and had someone at the house within 2 hours.  Will definitely use SERVPRO again.

My sump pump burnt out in those last rains over night and when I woke up saw that my basement had flooded. I called SERVPRO and that same morning Liz, Carson and Tom were out sucking up the water and placing their blowers drying everything out. They really took care of me and made the process with insurance and putting things back together really easy. 

SERVPRO made a bad situation a lot more pleasant than it could have been. The wife is happy so no X-tra trouble for me.
