This home was weeks from changing hands. A closing date was set, paperwork was being drawn up and everything was going well until the home inspector found some pretty intense mold throughout the attic. Both the seller and the buyer wanted to keep their plans intact but had to have the mold remediated quickly and effectively in order to maintain the schedule for the sale. We came in to inspect the property, schedule and complete a fairly lengthy remediation project within 10 days which kept the sale on schedule. In the photo’s you can see that our cleaning process was even able to remove the staining from mold which often stays even after the mold remediation has been completed.
