SERVPRO works with Banks on Abandoned Homes

This home had been vacant and left derelict for some time. Notice the mold growth up two feet from the floor. There was not a major water damage in this home but rather lots of humidity due to lack of dehumidification. This situation was brought to our attention by two young fire time home buyers who found their dream house but needed the mold taken care of so they contacted us. Within a week we were able to inspect, provide an estimate and complete the work. The after picture is what the end product of remediation and cleaning looks like before the drywall is replaced.
